We currently own and operate two properties in Denison, TX and one in Galveston, TX. Denison has a revived, historic downtown, with and is close to Lake Texoma, Choctaw Casino. Our Galveston beach condo has amazing Gulf of Mexico views and is centrally located on Seawall Boulevard, near 61st Street Fishing Pier.
Flips
We look past the bad roofs, the peeling paint, outdated designs, overgrown landscape, unlevel foundations and the hoards in homes to find the potential in our flips. Hard work, vision, creative design and a strong professional network helped us find, fix and successfully flip homes in the exceptionally competitive DFW real estate market.
About Us
In 2009 we built our first home In Phoenix, AZ and just one year later we began our journey as real estate investors. We haven't looked back. In 2016, we formed MAZTEX Homes LLC, successfully renovated and sold numerous properties in Dallas, TX and expanded our holdings through the acquisition of a duplex in Central Texas. We now own and operate two properties in Denison, TX, one in Galveston, TX and two pieces of land with plans for future development.
